We want you to love what you ordered. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, email us within 365 days of delivery and we will refund the full purchase price. You do not need to send the product back.

How to request a refund

Send an email to business@mykoluxe.com with your order number and a short note. We reply within 2 business days.

When you get your money

Once your refund is approved, we send it to your original payment method right away. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it usually shows up within 5 to 10 business days.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we will send a free replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order free of charge until it ships. Just email us as soon as possible.
